Everything else and everyother worker that I experienced was pleasant and I loved everything. she told me the wrong amount.then I saw that my credit card was charged $300 and when I asked her about why I got charged $300 on my credit card, she said in a nasty tone'"I have no idea, I do not work the charters" HUH? She was one of the 3 people that checked everyone in at the front desk when they charter arrived.so at least be polite when you provide incorrect information to your guests! She was rude and her demeanor was not what customer service should be. Came on a charter and the front desk girl gave me the wrong name when I asked her for her name.
